Chef Tyler is an important component of Chef Ed's team. More recently Chef Tyler worked at the Vanguard and The Barrow House in New Jersey. His precise hands-on preparation and high-set standards elevate the kitchen staff to fulfilling Chef Ed's traditional vision, each step of the way.
